- Serves as the main point of contact for overseas hazardous waste disposal, providing guidance and expertise to ensure environmental compliance.
- Ensures all hazardous materials and waste are managed, transported, and disposed of according to U.S., Host-Nation, International, and local environmental laws.
- Tracks and synchronizes efforts among Lead Environmental Components (LEC), Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC), and other stakeholders to ensure hazardous material and waste management compliance.
- Creates and delivers training, presentations, and reports on environmental policies, program updates, and compliance requirements for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Reviews environmental policies and regulations, conducts facility inspections, and provides recommendations to leadership on best practices and compliance issues.
