Center Aide - Morrisville Aquatics and Fitness Center

The Morrisville Aquatic and Fitness Center is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time staff. This role is ideal for high-energy team members who enjoy working with the public and contributing to a positive, welcoming facility environment. Candidates should be reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-run facility.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, answering phones, processing registrations and memberships, scanning members in, and supporting front-desk administrative tasks.
• Assist patrons with information about parks, programs, facility rentals, events, and Town services while maintaining strong knowledge of facility offerings.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing duties and helping with program check-in/check-out and room setup/breakdown.
• Process payments and registrations accurately using ActiveNet and follow Town cash-handling policies.
• Enforce facility policies in a professional, courteous manner to ensure a safe and welcoming, and well-managed environment for all patrons.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and general upkeep while demonstrating strong multitasking skills and comfort with basic computer programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Previous work experience in customer service is preferred but not required!
