You will serve as a Supervisory Park Ranger (Interpretation) with National Park Service.

  • As a Supervisory Park Ranger (Interpretation), you will perform the following duties: Coordinates interpretation and education activities. Develops, implements, and evaluates short and long-range programs. Assists in negotiating and preparing cooperative agreements and memorandum of understandings. Coordinates scheduling and activities for year-round interpretive programs (e.g., outreach programs, self-guided tours, and day visits). Manages the development of interpretative materials (e.g., guided tours, exhibits, web/electronic media and Junior Rangers). Ensures compliance and accuracy of budgetary transactions. Participates in long- and short-term planning efforts. Manages on-the-job safety of employees and volunteers.
